Dandelion Tees Shipping Policy

Fulfillment Time

  • Each item is made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order enters production, and another when it ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and Printify’s carrier rates.
  • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.

Delivery Estimates

  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
  • International orders (if available): 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
  • Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Use this number to follow your package’s progress.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require re‑shipment at customer cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at shawley@dandeliontees.store.
  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement.
