Dandelion Tees Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or preference. Please double‑check your order details (size, color, and shipping address) before checkout.

We gladly replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or misprinted. To request a replacement, contact us at shawley@dandeliontees.store within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

  • Custom products (all Dandelion Tees items are custom‑printed and therefore not returnable for preference).
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item qualifies for replacement due to defect or misprint, we will send a new item at no cost. For other changes, please place a new order.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
